Soryn Solutions Terms of Service

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any product or service provided by Soryn Solutions, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, do not purchase or use our products or services.

1. Services

Soryn Solutions provides digital products and services, including but not limited to:

• Call of Duty Bot Lobby sessions.
• Soryn's Bot Lobby Manager software licenses.
• Forza Horizon 6 progression services.
• Software licenses for supported games.
• Digital downloads.
• License keys.
• Other products or services offered through our website, Discord server, or authorized storefronts.

Each product listing contains information specific to that product or service. It is your responsibility to review the description and any listed requirements before purchasing.

2. Product Availability & Instant Delivery

Products marked as Instant Delivery are intended to be delivered automatically whenever possible.

Delivery speed depends on several factors, including inventory availability, supplier response times, automated processing, maintenance, and overall system conditions. While most eligible products are delivered immediately, delays can occasionally occur.

Products labeled as Instant Delivery should be considered an intended fulfillment method rather than a guaranteed delivery timeframe.

3. License Usage

Unless otherwise stated, every license purchased from Soryn Solutions is issued for personal use only.

You may not:

• Share your license key.
• Sell, rent, lease, lend, or transfer your license.
• Redistribute our software.
• Reverse engineer, modify, crack, or bypass licensing systems.
• Host free or paid services inside the Soryn server as well as Partnered servers unless expressly authorized.
• Copy or reproduce our software or digital products.
• Use our products to compete directly against Soryn Solutions.

Attempting to bypass license restrictions or distribute our software without permission may result in immediate license revocation.

4. Community Rules

To protect our community and services, you may not:

• Attempt to recruit customers away from our community.
• Advertise competing services.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse staff or customers.
• Use racist, discriminatory, or hateful language.
• Disrupt hosted sessions.
• Intentionally interfere with our services or infrastructure.

Violations may result in removal from our services, permanent bans, and loss of access to any active licenses without refund.

5. Software & Hardware Requirements

Some products require specific hardware, software, operating systems, accounts, subscriptions, or third-party software.

It is your responsibility to ensure you meet all listed requirements before purchasing.

For DMA software, required hardware may include:

• DMA card
• KMBox
• Macku
• Fuser
• Required firmware
• Second PC or laptop
• Any additional hardware listed on the product page

Purchases made without the required hardware are not eligible for refunds.

6. Software License Policy

Software license keys become non-refundable once they have been delivered.

This includes licenses that have been:

• Viewed
• Revealed
• Redeemed
• Activated
• Used

Refunds will generally not be issued because:

• The software did not meet personal expectations.
• You no longer wish to use it.
• Your system is incompatible.
• Required hardware was unavailable.
• Access has expired.

An exception may be considered if you discover that software has been permanently discontinued or removed from the market before the delivered license could reasonably be redeemed.

Approval of any exception is entirely at our discretion.

7. Refund Policy

Unless required by applicable law, all sales are final.

Refunds are not provided for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Game bans
• Game suspensions
• User error
• Compatibility issues
• Failure to read product descriptions
• Incorrect purchases
• Failure to meet hardware requirements
• Changes made by game developers
• Incomplete in-game progression caused by customer actions
• Loss of interest
• Technical issues outside of our control

Please review all product information before purchasing.

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you experience a problem with your purchase, please contact us before opening a payment dispute.

Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes after receiving a product or service may result in:

• License revocation
• Permanent account suspension
• Removal from our Discord server
• Loss of access to future purchases

We reserve the right to provide ticket transcripts, purchase records, delivery logs, invoices, licensing information, communication history, and other relevant documentation to payment processors when responding to payment disputes.

9. Hosted Sessions

Hosted services operate according to staff availability.

Customers are responsible for arriving on time and following all instructions provided by staff.

Customers who arrive late, disconnect repeatedly, ignore instructions, or otherwise prevent the session from continuing may lose the remainder of their session without compensation.

Warnings may be issued at staff discretion but are not guaranteed.

10. Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the security and status of your game accounts.

While we take reasonable care when providing our services, we cannot guarantee protection against actions taken by game developers or publishers.

Soryn Solutions is not responsible for:

• Game bans
• Temporary suspensions
• Permanent suspensions
• Account resets
• Progress resets
• Stat resets
• Any other enforcement action taken by a game developer or publisher

11. Recording & Confidentiality

Unless written permission has been provided by Soryn Solutions, you may not:

• Livestream our services.
• Record hosted sessions.
• Share private methods or procedures.
• Publish screenshots or videos that expose confidential information.

If permission is granted for promotional purposes, all customer information and any details that could compromise our services must be removed or censored before publication.

12. No Affiliation

Soryn Solutions is an independent business.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Activision Blizzard, Treyarch, Infinity Ward, Raven Software, Sledgehammer Games, Playground Games, Electronic Arts (EA), DICE, Microsoft, Epic Games, Riot Games, Turn 10 Studios, or any other publisher, developer, platform, or trademark owner unless explicitly stated.

All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

13. Service Changes & Discontinuation

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, replace, discontinue, or remove any product, service, feature, software, pricing, or licensing model at any time.

This may occur because of:

• Game updates
• Security concerns
• Supplier changes
• Licensing changes
• Technical limitations
• Abuse prevention
• Business decisions
• Circumstances outside our control

If a product or service is permanently discontinued after purchase, continued access, replacements, or refunds are not guaranteed unless required by applicable law.

14. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently revoke access to any license, software, hosted service, Discord server, website, or customer account if you violate these Terms of Service.

Examples include, but are not limited to:

• Sharing license keys.
• Redistributing software.
• Reverse engineering.
• Bypassing licensing systems.
• Fraudulent payment disputes.
• Harassment of staff or customers.
• Attempting to damage or interfere with our services.
• Using our products for unlawful purposes.

Termination may occur immediately and without prior notice.

Unless required by law, terminated accounts are not entitled to refunds, replacement licenses, or restoration of access.

15. Limitation of Liability

All products and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Although we strive to provide reliable services, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with future game updates, or continued functionality following changes made by third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Soryn Solutions, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Game bans
• Account suspensions
• Progress loss
• Software incompatibility
• Hardware issues
• Downtime
• Service interruptions
• Lost profits
• Business losses
• Lost opportunities
• Data loss not directly caused by our negligence

If we are found liable for any claim relating to a purchase, our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service involved.

16. Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated, revised, or replaced at any time without prior notice.

The latest version will always govern future purchases and continued use of our products and services.

17. Agreement

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any product or service provided by Soryn Solutions, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service in full.
